The Class
I updated to Affinity Designer 2 so took this class on Skillshare with Tracey Capone, one of my favorite AD teachers. It helps to know a bit about AD before taking this class, but she is working on a beginner class for AD V2 to be finished soon. So keep a look out by following her at Skillshare, on Instagram, and her website.
The Art
I practiced a few different flowers and vases and will continue to create at least two more like this using the skills with the new tools: knife, shape builder, and warp groups. The knife tool created the notches in the leaves. The shape builder helped build the florals and vase. The warp group warped the floral petal layers into the shape you see.
