MAE Blueberries
Lisa Bardot hosts an art community, Artmakers Club, that includes tons of lessons in her bright and cheerful style. She also makes her own wonderful brushes and papers at BardotBrush. She also offers free lessons on her YouTube channel. She often provides a free set of brushes with her channel and does for the AMC.
Each month now she sponsors her #makingarteveryday challenges, which are available to everyone. One of those prompts this month is “blueberries.” I decided to try that prompt today.
Version 1 in Watercolor
I also decided to do watercolor again with her Wonder Watercolor brushes, which come with an eighty page user guide with tutorials to learn to use the brushes. And the first tutorial was for blueberries! Following the tutorial, I created full canvas and a motif only versions [See Cat and Orange for HowTo].
The user guide is detailed with images for examples and laid out to learn each group and individual brush in the pack. The tutorials include step-by-step directions and images to easily complete the small projects.

Version 2 with rainbow line work
Sometimes I take a class and complete two or three pieces in the style, but then forget which brushes to use later. This way, with the guide available, I can easily return to the guide to relearn the ways to use the brushes.
I followed one of her tutorials for my Orange and Cat post, which is a style I wanted to keep using. So I also created the blueberries in that rainbow outline style.
