A Little Note
The Photo: A wild turkey in town
The Thought: Such vibrant colors I cannot capture with my iPhone before the huge bird rushes away. We have quite a large flock [or rafter] of turkey in town; the tourists often stop to take photos.
And every time I see one strutting around with those huge feet, I can’t help but think of a velociraptor from Jurassic Park, which I am so thankful it is not.
And so, a poem…
