A Little Note

The Photo:

On our walk on Washington Flats, we found these discards: three tires and two pairs of ice skates, one with shoe laces.

The Thought:

What happened to the fourth tire? Who has lost their ice skates? Who would have only these things to throw away? What’s the story?

Lost
One tire: need for set

For Sale

Three tires, very tired.
Two pairs ice skates,
kids, size six,
just needs laces
and an active, athletic kid
with a lot of patience.

Wanted

One cold winter
when the ice rink freezes
