A single tulip in my garden
The Thought:
A single yellow tulip blossomed in my yard. Many years ago I had planted bulbs, and every once in a while one or two will bloom. They are spectacular as a an entire bed of tulips and also as this one single tulip that chose to grow this year.
I am so thankful for it’s delicate beauty, growing tall, shining in hues of yellow.

a single yellow tulip
in my garden grows
inside the hues of yellow
so bright the colors glow
and I am very thankful
my yard it chose as home.
