Fabric Stacks, created by Sheri42 -- pattern and stack

MockUps from Tracey Capone

I’m taking the Skillshare class from Tracey Capone using Affinity Designer: Surface Pattern Design Mockups From Vector Shapes | V2. I like how Tracey takes us step by step to complete tasks that lead to great projects and so much learning.  She starts with a basic project and builds to more complex ones with each one practicing the skill she’s teaching. In this class its making folds in fabric.

Today I finished the final project: a stack of fabrics. The mockup is created in Affinity Designer; my patterns I created in Procreate.

Affinity Designer is an excellent software application for both vector and rastor illustration, so there is a LOT to learn.

I appreciate and thank Tracey for sharing classes that help others understand vector designing with Affinity Designer.

You can see my Skillshare project here: MockUps in Steps and my previous post: Hawthorn MockUps.
