Lisa Bardot’s Art Makers Club community is celebrating its second year birthday this month with a Summer Camp theme, which you can find the prompts and join the fun at Making Art Everyday. Each prompt is linked to a google search page so you are always ready with inspiration.
Today I share two pieces for three July Prompts: bandana, enamel mug, trees. Find the July prompts with the Summer Camp theme here: Camp.
Bandana
The bandana is from Lisa’s live draw tutorial on YouTube: Bandana The brush is a Procreate native brush, Kunanyi, in Calligraphy. It’s quite a relaxing tutorial, and many participants submitted multiple versions because it was such fun and calming. Learn the symmetry tool and create art!

Enamel Mug
I love drawing mugs and cups. It’s difficult to add the background though. I did have fun creating the perspective in this one in order to place the mug on a picnic table. It’s not perfect, but it works. I use loyal liner [in Bonus Set] and Imperfect Patterns as brushes, both Lisa Bardot brush sets.
I was also able to add trees into the picture using my own tree stamp. Trees was another prompt.

Are you ready for Summer Camp?
Come join the fun with the Summer Camp theme here: Camp. And thanks to Lisa Bardot for all the resources and brushes that inspire us to be “making art everyday.”
