Wednesday WrapUp Bouquet

QUESTION

My daughter asked me how I drew the tablecloth beneath the bouquet. So I created a replay and inserted a portion on exactly how I used the selection and distort tools to draw the tablecloth.

November WrapUP

NaNoWriMo National Novel Writing Month Banner

November was busy with NaNoWriMo. National Novel Writing Month. Between Nov 1 and Nov 30th the goal is to write 50,000 words towards a novel. I did it! Read about the novel here:

Starting the Holidays

cozy A Frame in the pine forest with Christmas tree; text: "Peace & Joy"

This is a combo of two lessons from Lisa Bardot: the post is here: The Season Begins

A Daily Create

LOVE in a Peace sign in a heart over text "May all beings be peaceful."

And I also took time for one Daily Create — that’s a daily prompt for inspiration and I really liked the one for that day. Hand Trace for Peace

Welcome!

On most Wednesdays, check this blog for a strategy, process, or reflection for illustration with the iPad app ProCreate or Affinity Designer. This Wednesday Wrap Up shares a busy month for art, writing, poetry, and greeting cards — a quick review of the month’s posts.

November was more about writing than drawing, and I’m slowing down a bit to stay relaxed, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for stopping by!

I love documenting and sharing the art I spend hours creating. So if you’ve been hesitant to share your art– go for it! Start a shop. If you have any questions, just ask! I’d be glad to help with what I know.

You’re welcome to follow this blog for art inspiration. We can share with #warmup4art to enjoy our work together! I look forward to your sharing and find me at @42Sheri, on Mastodon Sheri42, on Flickr teach.eagle Sheri 42, and BlueSky Sheri42.

So, That’s a wrap for this week’s art. Thank you for stopping by!
