Home Decor: Towels
I love when I can put my designs on usable things, like cloth towels. I love them in my kitchen and my friends and family love to receive them as gifts.

One of my favorite patterns from my Lemons, Ladybugs, and Pansies Collection on Spoonflower is this bright and bold Lemon / Lemon Blossom pattern–Lovely lemons on teal background in an off contour style with ladybugs and lemon blossoms–

I ordered the table runner from Spoonflower, but I wanted something else for the kitchen. I discovered on Zazzle a porcelain beverage pitcher and potholders. So look at how they brighten the kitchen:

I also ordered from Zazzle placemats and a glass cutting board:

Whether from Zazzle or Spoonflower, the colors are lovely and the products delightful. I’m so pleased with all of them. Here’s a few from Spoonflower, my choke cherry design in my Bunnies, Bears, and Berries Collection. Oh, and that cushion on the chair, that’s from Zazzle– love it. Our chairs had no cushions, so we were delighted to be able to find a cushion we could put my designs on.

So seeing our art on usable products is such a joy, especially when we can also give them as gifts or brighten our own homes.
Finding Absorbent Towels
In Jennifer Nichols Creative Journey Community [affiliate link], we were discussing just this in a Zoom Question/Answer call, and began to wonder if any of the POD [Print on Demand] shops sold towels that better absorbed moisture. Spoonflower’s tea towels are very lovely and well-made, and do absorb moisture if the towel is slowly drawn across the spill. I said that I would check out Zazzle’s cloth towels.
I just received my order from Zazzle, and I’m so delighted with the cloth towel. It’s about a half an inch shorter and the same width as that of a Spoonflower tea towel. Spoonflower’s fabric is a rugged, but smooth cotton, while Zazzle’s soft 80% durable woven polyester/ 20% polyamide blend microfiber has a “waffle” weave. But oh the colors are beautiful and it absorbs water instantly. I love it! My lighting is not very good– so I hope you can see the quality:

My husband was delighted since he often is the one who puts away the dishes. He loved it when I showed him how well and quickly the new towels absorbed water. Very cool when the husband loves it too. I know where my next order of towels will come from: Zazzle. #ZazzleMade.
So if you’re looking for a quality cloth towel that quickly absorbs liquids, Zazzle cloth towels are just for you. See On Zazzle: Cloth Towel Lemons, Ladybugs, Blossoms by Sheri42.
