
Learning…. Affinity Designer
I’m taking the MasterClass for Affinity Designer from Delores Naskrent. I’m determined to learn Affinity Designer, and I know that Delores knows all the tips and tricks and processes from other classes I’ve taken from her.
In the image above, I made the pink floral on the right and the little red swirls from a lesson yesterday. The others I made over the years as I’ve been learning Affinity Designer. I recolored a few of the older florals to fit this bouquet. Look at how much more depth and detail there is in yesterday’s pink floral. I still need to get the shadow behind the vase to work, but it will make a cute card for Josh and Al.
The vase was made with a tool I did not ever try yet — it looks like a football or flying saucer. Draw a line. Then click that tool and you can change the shape of the line into a vase, which is then transformed into a curve for modifying further– such as adding texture. I might make a little screenshot of video about that. It’s so cool.
