Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Today’s Daily Create Crescendo Text reminded me of the first spring buds. This little cranesbill sprouted one spring in our yard. Well, it could be something else, but the miracle of seed germination is something I will always be thankful for– and snap a picture.

Thinking of Spring

Oh the miracle in spring
from a seed so very small
when sun the earth warms
and cloud’s rain falls
the first leaf unfolds
and life’s story is retold.
