Everything’s Frozen

Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. In the cold of winter when the grey calls us to find the sun and it is safe enough to travel, we venture out and this day we found the sun shining on and glorifying the winter colors of white, red, orange and brown on the frozen waterfalls of the coulee walls along Washington State Highway155 along Banks Lake.

And so, a poem.

Everything’s Frozen

when everything’s frozen
and the sun bursts out
the colors of winter
will warm the heart
