Daily Note
Every day, a photograph, a poem. One of our favorite views, though we’ve never really been to the mountain, just around below it. It’s Moses Mountain on the Colville Indian Reservation. It was once a lookout for fires back in 1914, but that closed in 1980. On our drive on a sunny day recently, we took a moment to stop and enjoy the view.

Snap Moments
Pause for the beauty in your every day

Moments we glimpse as the time slips away
Just pause for a photo, a breath, a distraction
To free your mind for this moment’s reflection
Bring calm to the busy and tuck it away
Pull it out later in life’s disarray
As a muse or meditation to soothe the day.
