Every day, a photograph, a poem. Find yourself. Gather those around you to ground yourselves. I a world that seems to be falling apart, fall together in conversation in a walk around your world, your neighborhood, your office, your school, your fields to still the strife and remember your souls. Wherever you are, breathe, find a friend, and walk together– find the wonders of the world around you while wandering your little corner of the world.

Wonder & Wander
In times of chaos, pause and hold
Sheri Edwards
Close your eyes, draw strength that’s bold,
Open thoughts to dream and wonder
For yourself and friends, the worries to sunder,
and wherever you are take time to ponder,
to walk, mind free— to wonder and wander.
