Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Saturday: The sun shone brightly warming the earth and leaving scattered flows of ice on the lake– with one water fowl here swimming alone. I am thankful to have known this earth.

Warming Days

Blankets of ice bask
beneath the blue sky
releasing its winter hold
in the warming days of spring
