Daily Note

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Earlier this spring we ventured over to Spring Canyon, part of the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. We’ve spent many hours with family here in the summer, staying cool in the glacier-fed waters,. Lots of delightful memories that we could envision and hear as we gazed at the deserted beach, which is itself anticipating the summer crowds. And to think, it’s just a couple miles from our home.

And so a poem.— short, since I don’t feel well today.

Spring Beaches

Barren
Empty
Anticipating
Crowds
Happily
Enjoying
Summer
