Inspiration
A long time ago, my husband left his shoes in the garden…and this happened (see above photo) Here’s the conversation:
Husband: Where are my boat shoes?

Me: The ones you left in the garden?
Husband: Yeah.
Me: They’re still in the garden.
Opportunity
In an email from Stacie Bloomfield, she sponsored a Five Day Challenge to develop a three-part art collection with tips for artists– for art and for business. Check out her blog and IG for other opportunities. The theme is: Flowers growing from objects and containers. So, my garden shoes fit perfectly as inspiration to try the inspirational challenge from Stacie.
Day 1
Sketch out a design of the flowers/container. Sketch a possible supporting pattern and a secondary pattern.
Day 2
Day to is to create the color version of the container sketch. That will take a bit of time, so I made a quick color draft version:
