Yes. If you have cats, you understand. Put the laundry basket up off the floor and out of the way, and still the cat claims it as hers.

When we brought our new puppy home, though he was huge even then, the cat did not [and does not] like the idea. So I in a corner in the hallway with a cat tree, I placed this basket so she could safely hide and watch the puppy run back and forth from one room to another.

She’s not afraid of Guthrie anymore, but she still doesn’t like the idea. They are not yet friends.
