That’s a Wrap
This is it. The last day of Blaugust2026. Thanks to the Blaugust Discord members who decided to keep Mark Temple’s Blaugust idea alive. Challenges like this keep blogging, friendships, and conversations alive. It inspires us to write every day in a community of writers and an online diary of regular people connecting the world in the bits of life on planet Earth, our home. Thank you, and I hope the challenge continues next year.

I love the idea of blogging — of a journal of life’s thoughts, musings, adventures. I’ve been blogging since 2009, I think. And through blogging have met some great people and joined other online communities, most of which are long gone. But I have one community, CLmooc, that still connects. And one friend from that community, Sarah Honeychurch, shared Blaugust this year. Thank you, Sarah, for the invitation. Getting back into the blogging habit reminds us to find something good, interesting, worth talking about, and inspiring every day. Keeps the hope alive for better days!
You may find all my Blaugust2026 posts here: #Blaugust2026. I missed the first day, but wrote every day after that: 30 days of August.
Thanks everyone; I think we are the dandelions of the world; we keep growing in our writing:
