Poppy— one blossoming of hundreds of planted seeds for a spot of color.

Every day, a photograph, a poem. Our neighbor brought us an envelope with hundreds of poppy seeds last fall so we could sprinkle them around our newly sided house for a row of color in the spring. Scott carefully spread the seeds, and we’ve been waiting for them…

So far, we have one blossom.
